Jeff Roe's Ties To Patek, Blunt And Lair
As the post on All About Norma (mentioned below) explains, Election Day Enterpises is a political consulting firm with ties to numerous GOP candidates.
The firm has financial ties to lobbyists Jewell Patek, Andy Blunt,
and Jillian Lair (who is engaged to Blunt Appointments Director, James
Harris).
However, according to this excerpt from a 2004 Peter Kinder
campaign finance report, Jeff Roe is also tied to Election Day
Enterprises.

Roe just left as Chief of Staff to Rep. Sam Graves on March 20. Cynics think it may be more than mere coincidence that Roe left his job at nearly the same time that Todd Graves left his position as U.S. Attorney. Insiders speculate that both may have known that bad news is coming for the Blunt-Graves Machine and wanted to be in less high profile positions during the coming legal storm.
In addition to his financial ties with the Patek-Blunt-Lair firm of Election Day Enterprises, last December, Roe formed the political consulting firm of Axiom Strategies. Observers of Governor Blunt's fee office scheme will note that the corporate form of Roe's new firm perfectly mirrors the corporations set up by Blunt during the transition.
Since 2004, Jewell Patek and Jillain Lair have been registered as federal lobbyists. Their responsibilities included lobbying Graves and Roe on behalf of counties and municipalities in Graves' district. The fact that the Patek-Blunt-Lair firm also had Roe on the payroll will no doubt be cause for questions.
Here's some additional background on Patek and Roe's style.
