As Randy Turner noted yesterday, Cynthia Davis is concerned with nuclear power and the climate legislation in Congress this week.
Davis includes this picture with Reps. Tom Loehner (R-Koeltztown) and Bob Nance (R-Excelsior Springs) in her "Capitol Report," but a boring caption of names just doesn't seem to do the scene justice.
